Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses the following tracking technologies, all of which require your consent before they are activated:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-NM3P33F7RH) collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and device type. Google may process this data on servers outside Canada.
  • Google Tag Manager (Container: GTM-PLLMP5PS) manages the loading of analytics and marketing scripts.
  • Meta Pixel (Pixel ID: 443674846380130) tracks page views for advertising measurement on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may process this data on servers outside Canada.

We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for anonymous performance monitoring. These tools collect no personally identifiable information and do not use cookies.

Essential storage: We use browser localStorage (not cookies) for theme preference and chatbot session continuity. These are functional, not used for tracking, and never sent to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We share personal information with the following service providers, solely to operate our business:

  • Square for client relationship management (CRM)
  • Cal.com for consultation scheduling (only when you book a consultation)
  • Vercel for website hosting and performance monitoring

  • Meta for advertising measurement (with consent)

Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside Canada (primarily the United States). By consenting to analytics or submitting your information, you acknowledge this transfer.
